We do use sharp tools at times while styling or grooming pets. So if you think that your dog might get overexcited, then we advise that you should not see them. Otherwise, you are more than welcome in our van and watch your pet being groomed.
We have a modern-day electric groomer table which helps lift and lower down dogs of any size. We can even make arrangements where we can use two dog-handlers for very heavy giant breeds.

The rates of different procedures differ as pets can be unpredictable. The rates may differ according to the breed, size, and condition of the pet’s skin. We can even give your pets various haircuts and styles. That is the reason why our prices fluctuate.
Matted hair is a condition when your pet has messy hair. Such messy hair then creates knots or mats, which causes a severe health risk and can be very uncomfortable for dogs. If basic grooming helps clear this condition then we won’t charge extra. But if the case is extreme, then we will do everything possible to cure your pet's condition and charge a little extra under full grooming service provided on the website. We will never charge any extra fees without your consent, so you don’t have to worry at all.
First-time pet parents are most welcome to book an appointment and experience our brand new idea of the moving grooming saloon. All clients are supposed to fill out an application form with the details given and provide us with the exact clear idea of what type of service your pet requires, as we provide a lot of different kinds of grooming, bathing and veterinarian services. A one to two hours of time frame will be provided before our van reaches your location. You will also receive a reminder call, email or text according to your selected option of communication. In the occurrence of a cancellation or any other problem you have to cancel the appointment within 2 to 3 hours of your scheduled time as our team is always on the go and can reach anywhere instantly according to the distance and traffic schedule. So, if the cancellation is not done within the time limit, there can be a cancellation fee charged accordingly.
We require nothing from you to do beforehand. We will handle everything that is required. All we need is a level place to park our van close to your location. All you have to do is make sure that your pet has been to the toilet before we get there and we will take care of the rest.
